Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare / Hospital Generics)
Base Salary: $40,000 + Commission
OTE: $60,000–$80,000+ annually | Excellent Benefits
Hours: 9:30AM – 6PM
Monday and Friday work remote, Tues-Thurs must work in the office in Bethlehem.
Our client is a global leader in hospital generics committed to saving and improving patients’ lives . Due to growth, they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their high-energy sales team! This could be a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with a degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Business, Medical Sciences, or a related field who is looking to get their foot in the door and build a career in pharmaceutical sales!
Position Summary
Drive new business and expand existing customer relationships by selling human inhalation anesthetic pharmaceuticals to hospitals and surgery center s within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new hospital and surgery center contracts via phone and computer
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities (off-contract, non-GPO, distributor referrals)
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in CRM
- Support contract implementation at the facility level (address concerns, vaporizer placement, etc.)
- Provide ongoing customer support and resolve account issues
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers and internal teams to drive account growth
- Monitor customer ordering trends and identify recovery opportunities
- Triage customer complaints to Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams as required
- Stay current on market conditions, competitors, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Medical Sciences, or related field)
- Sales experience required (tele-sales/inside sales strongly preferred)
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus.
