At TGA, we offer part‑time coaching positions for individuals who are retired or semi‑retired and still want to stay active, share their love of sports, and make a positive impact on kids in the community. What We Do: We provide after‑school enrichment programs for kids in grades K‑8, introducing them to golf, tennis, and pickleball. Our mission is to spark a love for sports while creating unforgettable experiences in a fun and supportive environment. Why You’ll Love Coaching with TGA: Stay Active: Spend time outdoors teaching sports you love. Flexible Hours: Work during after‑school hours (typically 2:00–4:00 PM start times) for 1‑hour sessions, compensated for 2 hours of work. No Experience Necessary: You don’t need prior coaching experience—just a love for sports and working with kids! Make a Difference: Help kids learn sports skills while encouraging sportsmanship, teamwork, and fun. Community Involvement: Engage with local schools and meet other like‑minded coaches in your area. Who We’re Looking For: Passionate about golf, tennis, or pickleball. Enjoys working with children and helping them learn in a fun environment. Looking for flexible, part‑time hours that fit into a retiree’s schedule. Interested in giving back to the community through coaching. Additional Opportunities: While most of our programs run after school, we also offer occasional evening and weekend programs.
