Assignment Dates 8/17/26 - 10/30/26 Position Football Assistant Coach, East Ridge High School Compensation Contract based on Teacher's Contract Schedule C – 31 base points or $4,495 base contract rate. Qualifications Dynamic, highly qualified candidate. Successful high school and/or collegiate level head coaching experience. Experience building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing program‑wide elements. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Commitment to maintain positive relationships between the Raptors Football program and the local community. Valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications). Reports To Head Varsity Football Coach and East Ridge High School Athletics/Activities Director, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with the High School Principal. Job Goals Instruct student‑athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for individual and team success. Provide instruction that fosters moral values, pride in accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self‑discipline, and confidence. Demonstrate substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and establish positive relationships with all stakeholders.
