Job Description
The Sales Lead Generator will play a crucial role within the inside sales team, focusing primarily on outbound lead generation to support property management initiatives. This individual contributor will combine inbound and outbound efforts to identify, prospect, and qualify leads within specific industries or market segments. The role involves regular travel for events or meetings, requiring strong communication and time management skills to effectively build and manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting and cold calling efforts
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools accurately
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date reporting metrics
- Manage and track pipeline activities to support sales targets
- Collaborate closely with the inside sales team for lead follow-up and conversion
- Combine inbound and outbound strategies to target key industries or market segments
- Attend regular travel events or meetings to support lead generation activities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in sales or lead generation
- Proven ability in lead qualification and cold calling
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities
