Activity DirectorWe are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Activity Director with experience working with seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community!Schedule: Full TimeSalary: $62,500-$63,500 annually – based on experienceBenefits:Generous PTOPaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysAtena Health Plans including Medical, Dental and VisionChild Care ReimbursementCompassionate PTO Donation Program – to support a team memberFlexible SchedulingEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO Cash Out ProgramRetirement Plan – 401(k) with company matchActivities Director Responsibilities:Manages all aspects of the Activity ProgramSupervise, develop, and schedule all activity staff to include drivers and activity assistants according to PSL policies, procedures, and standardsResponsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Activity department suppliesEnsure that activity rooms/areas are prepared for daily activity programmingManages the PSL Discovery Tool (Social History and Assessment), including completing monthly activity calendar, and all move in actions related to activities for all residentsActivities Director Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Thereaputic Recreation or related field with one-year related experience and/or training preferred ORAssociate degree in Thereaputic Recreation or related field with related work experience OR3-5 years full-time experience working with adult recreationCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
