Logistics Manager

A growing technology-driven organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Logistics to lead warehouse, inventory, deployment, and logistics operations supporting large-scale customer implementations across North America. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, device staging and configuration, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and deployment activities while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse, logistics, and deployment operations to ensure efficient inventory flow and order fulfillment.
• Manage receiving, shipping, inventory management, and warehouse personnel.
• Oversee large-scale deployment projects involving technology hardware and mobile devices.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, deployment quality, and operational performance.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to streamline deployment and integration processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, and best-practice warehouse procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
• Manage staffing, performance management, coaching, and development of warehouse and logistics team members.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or technology staging operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse, logistics, or operations teams.
• Experience with inventory management, fulfillment, receiving, and shipping operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory control software.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational metrics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Experience:
• Technology deployment, mobility, telecommunications, electronics, or device staging operations.
• Experience supporting large-scale customer deployments or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar warehouse management systems.
• Experience working with mobile devices, POS systems, networking equipment, or related technology products.
