Since opening the agency in 2014, we've built a close-knit team focused on helping customers protect what matters most while creating a supportive and rewarding workplace. Before becoming an agent, I spent time as an Agent Aspirant, which helped prepare me to lead and grow a successful agency.

Born and raised in Louisiana, I'm married with three children, and family is at the center of everything I do. That same family-oriented mindset extends into our office culture. We have a younger team that genuinely enjoys working together, supports one another, and values teamwork above all else.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jordan Wiggins - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
