Executive Assistant to Administration

Purpose:

The Executive Assistant to Administration will provide executive administrative support for the vice presidents, chief financial officer, and the WSCC Foundation. This professional and highly confidential position will assist public relations, communications, and projects management to help fulfill the mission and vision of the College. The position performs front-line administrative functions for the Administration Suite, support for academic projects, financial services, and advancement/fundraising projects. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with high emotional intelligence, self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skills, financial skills, and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field from a regionally or nationally accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

· Minimum of three years of administrative experience required.
