As a cook/kitchen team member, you'll help prepare the great-tasting food our guests love while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items following Zaxby's recipes and quality standards, assembling guest orders accurately and quickly, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen, receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory, following all food safety and sanitation procedures, safely operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment, working as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service, and keeping workstations stocked and ready throughout your shift.

We're looking for someone who must be 16 years of age or older, has a positive attitude and willingness to learn, is dependable with a strong work ethic, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is a team player with excellent communication skills, can work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, can lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
