This is a hands‑on role where your deep knowledge of CNC programming will help drive workflow, quality, and productivity on the floor. You’ll oversee a tight‑knit team of 15 employees, helping schedule jobs, troubleshoot programming issues, and manage day‑to‑day production. With no corporate bureaucracy and a real focus on craftsmanship, this is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both leading and doing—while keeping quality and deadlines on track.
