Benefits Accounting & Analytics Specialist

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Benefits Accounting Analyst in Town of Florida, NY. This full-time role involves the accounting and administration of all benefits plans including COBRA, Disability, and Flexible Spending Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in benefits administration. You will ensure compliance of all benefit plans with HRIS systems and support the auditing processes.
