Job Title: Electrician Needed ASAP Job Description Join a team of electricians working on commercial construction projects, where you will install, rough in, and run electrical systems in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities Work as part of a team of electricians on commercial construction projects. Pull and run electrical wire throughout commercial buildings. Bend and install conduit (pipe) to support electrical wiring systems. Rough in all aspects of commercial electrical installations, including boxes, conduit, and wiring layouts. Follow project plans, diagrams, and instructions to complete installations accurately and efficiently. Use personal basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Adhere to all site safety rules, including wearing required personal protective equipment. Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle materials and tools responsibly. Collaborate with other trades and team members to keep projects on schedule. Essential Skills Previous experience working on a commercial job site. At least 1 year of experience bending conduit (pipe) on commercial projects. Ability to pull, run, and terminate electrical wire in commercial environments. Proficiency in bending and installing conduit to meet project specifications. Capability to perform rough-in work for commercial electrical systems. Ownership and regular use of basic electrician tools. Strong awareness of and adherence to safety practices on construction sites. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a commercial setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working on multiple commercial sites simultaneously is an advantage. Familiarity with commercial construction schedules and workflows. Ability to read and interpret basic electrical plans and layouts. Work Environment This role is based on active commercial construction sites, including multiple locations in and around Milwaukee. Standard personal protective equipment is required at all times, including a hard hat, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and high-visibility clothing. You will use your own basic tools while working alongside other electricians and tradespeople to complete project milestones within established schedules. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sussex, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
