**This role reports to our sister company, ClearPath Connections, in Pewaukee, WI** Job Title: Technician Helper Reports To: Technical Field Operations Leader Pay Range: $16–$18/hour (based on experience) About the Role: ClearPath Connections is seeking a motivated and dependable Technician Helper to join our growing team. This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn a skilled trade in the low-voltage industry. You’ll be working side‑by‑side with experienced Technicians, gaining hands‑on experience and building a clear pathway to becoming a full‑fledged Technician. Mission for the Role: The Technician Helper supports the field team by actively learning and assisting with the installation of low-voltage infrastructure, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to ClearPath Connections’ quality standards. The goal is to develop the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to transition into a Technician role within 12–24 months.
