Low Voltage Installation TechnicianJoin Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Installation Technician in Appleton, WI! Earn $24-$26/hr., enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader.In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of low-voltage systems, including voice and data, fiber optics, DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), security, access control, wireless systems, and nurse call.Responsibilities:Pull, terminate, dress, label, test, and troubleshoot CAT5e/CAT6 and fiber optic cablingTest installed copper and fiber cabling using Fluke or similar testersInstall racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.Perform fiber optic installation, termination, splicing, testing, and troubleshootingInstall and support voice/data, DAS, security, access control, wireless, nurse call, CCTV, and audio/visual systemsPunch down voice and data jacksWork safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)Read and interpret blueprints/system layoutsInstall and support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systemsRequirements:3+ years of commercial or industrial low voltage experienceExperience with structured cabling, fiber optics, voice/data, security, or related low-voltage systemsFiber optic installation, termination, splicing, testing, or troubleshooting experience preferredWorking knowledge of telecommunications, data networks, cabling, connectivity, and related hardware/softwareBICSI, PMP, lift, and OSHA certifications are a plusBasic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)Working knowledge of telecom and data networksWillingness to travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin as neededAbility to meet physical demands, including lifting, climbing 6'+ ladders/lifts, overhead and tight-space work, cable pulling, and frequent local/out-of-state travel as neededFlexible schedule to accommodate occasional nights, weekends, and holidaysWhy Work with Next Level Technician in Brookfield, WI?Weekly Pay: Get paid every week, no waitingCompetitive Wages: $24-$26/hr. based on your experience and skillsetPTO, medical benefits, sign-on and referral bonusesCareer Growth: Advance through BICSI-certified training and real project experienceDedicated recruiter support with deep knowledge of Wisconsin's low voltage industryNational Footprint: Be part of a team that is respected across Wisconsin and the U.S.About Next Level TechnicianNext Level Technician connects job-ready low voltage technicians with top employers.
