What You'll Do

• Pioneer the strategic vision by building comprehensive feature, product, and channel roadmaps that define our authentication priorities.
• Lead dynamic product discovery initiatives, collaborating closely with UX, technology, and business partners to design and execute innovative experiments.
• Translate deep client needs into precise product stories with clear acceptance criteria, partnering with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our diverse customer base, leveraging data, existing research, and new studies to inform product evolution.
• Forge strong relationships with key vendors, guiding product upgrades and influencing their roadmaps to align with our strategic objectives.
• Actively explore, evaluate, and propose groundbreaking technologies and techniques that elevate our security posture across all channels.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks within current and proposed solutions, implementing robust controls and ensuring visibility of critical gaps.
• Collaborate with technology partners and external vendors to architect and implement state-of-the-art authentication techniques.
• Partner with channel owners and fellow product managers to seamlessly integrate and enhance online identity management and authentication processes.
• Champion the creation of intuitive, user-friendly, and highly accepted digital experiences.
• Orchestrate release plans in close coordination with scrum teams and business lines, ensuring smooth and impactful deployments.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KBIs) and production support metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Cultivate trust and foster strong relationships with a wide array of stakeholders through transparent and consistent communication.
• Provide expert first-line support to internal teams and sales staff, resolving client inquiries and escalations related to authentication.
• Evaluate and recommend both internal and third-party security products to enhance our defensive capabilities.
• Negotiate critical contract details to ensure optimal outcomes for the firm and our end-clients.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Business field.
• Proven product management expertise in online security, authentication, fraud prevention, and/or digital identity.
• Hands-on experience with federated identity and single sign-on (SSO) implementations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly.
• Superior analytical capabilities with an unwavering attention to detail.
• A demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
• Documented experience working within agile product development methodologies.
• Practical experience with user testing and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols.
• Previous experience within the Financial Services industry.
• A genuine passion and strong interest in our industry and its evolving landscape.
