Therefore, this is a rare opportunity to learn from the very best.The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior knowledge of or demonstrated interests in SEO. An average of 2-3 day/week should be expected.***Other benefits include competitive salary (salary range: $35,500 - $55,500 *Hourly), bonuses, health insurance, life insurance 401K, vacation/sick days, flex time, workers compensation, unemployment and more.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates value against all initiatives by providing insights to managerRecommend changes to website architecture, content, internal linking and other factors to improve organic visibility for priority topicsPerform ongoing keyword research, optimization and trackingMonitor KPIs regularly to understand SEO strategy performanceActive monitoring and sharing of industry news, SEO trends and innovative new toolsUtilize Excel and other data visualization tools to isolate trends and develop insightsSelf-manage execution of activities against deadlines across multiple work-streamsPerform competitive research to identify content gaps and technical strategies to improve client performanceQualifications4-year college degree (marketing, computer science, or related field preferred)Minimum of one internship in a related industryPassion for digital marketing and entrepreneurshipMust have strong analytical and problem solving skillsMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to support and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentMust be highly detail-orientedMust have basic knowledge of website structureMust have working knowledge of social networking sites (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)Must have working knowledge of search engines (Google, and Microsoft) in relation to SEO campaignsExposure to optimizing websites including elements like: metadata, on-page copy is a plusExperience with any of the following is a plus: Screaming frog, SEM rush, Ahrefs, google analytics, google search consoleAdditional InformationNote: This job specification should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
