Director of Plant Operations

Responsibilities The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility, including maintenance and groundskeeping. They maintain compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and government and regulatory agencies—such as Life Safety Code and OSHA Regulations. The Director participates as part of senior management in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and services that further the facility’s goals, and consults with facility management to design and provide comprehensive patient care and services. Summary of the Director of Plant Operations The Director leads facility operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting patient care functions. Minimum of five years experience in information management, with direct experience in healthcare facility preferred. Experience reading blueprints and understanding Life Safety Code and OSHA regulations. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. BLS and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire. Handle With Care completion within 30 days of hire.
