In this travel RN role focused on Medical-Surgical nursing, you'll collaborate with diverse healthcare teams and gain invaluable experience as you care for patients in both routine and complex situations. Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state-appropriate or compact)
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, preferably MS/Tele or related acute care
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Willingness to participate in intermittent charge nurse duties (training provided)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Solid time management and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to a diverse patient population on the Med-Surg unit
• Perform detailed assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals
