Work Location/ Schedule: Culver City, CA 4 days in-office / 1 day remote The Role: The AI Operations Analyst, Growth serves as the technical engine and operational backbone of our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you won't just execute campaigns; you will build the automated infrastructure, AI agents, and data pipelines that scale our entire growth engine. By combining analytical rigor with AI, low-code workflow builders, custom APIs, and autonomous agents, you will critically evaluate current processes, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and ensure our Growth Marketing team operates at peak velocity. What You'll Do: Automation Engineering:

Design, build, and maintain low-code integration pipelines connecting ad channels, customer segmentation and targeting, and data warehouses to ensure seamless data flow and eliminate manual work. AI Agent Deployment:

Prototype and deploy custom LLM-powered agents and internal tools via Claude API for automated ad optimization, complex global performance analyses, media management, and anomaly alerting across marketing platforms. Analytics & Reporting Infrastructure:

Pipe multi-channel marketing data across Meta, Google, and internal databases into automated dashboards, incorporating anomaly monitoring to keep data 100% accurate. Process Improvement:

Critically audit legacy marketing workflows and operational bottlenecks across cross-functional teams, bringing formal recommendations and programmatic solutions to management. Documentation & AI Enablement:

Manage internal prompt libraries, build AI SOPs, and document system architecture to enable the broader marketing team to leverage best-in-class AI capabilities. Cross-Functional & Ad-Hoc Support:

Act as an operational liaison between Growth, Product, and Data teams while providing flexible project-based support as daily business needs evolve. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field (or an equivalent portfolio of hands-on technical side projects). 1–2 years of experience in AI operations, marketing systems, data analytics, or technical marketing roles. Hands-on, AI-native proficiency with LLM tools and APIs (OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, custom prompt engineering frameworks). Demonstrated capability building logic, triggers, and actions in workflow automation platforms. Practical coding or scripting ability in Python or JavaScript, with a strong command of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON payloads, and SQL database queries. High learning agility, direct communication skills, and a scrappy problem-solving approach to ship working prototypes without step-by-step supervision. Bonus: Familiarity with core growth marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) or a personal GitHub/portfolio showcasing web scrapers, custom GPTs, or automation bots. Compensation: At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity. This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
