• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

A leading media and entertainment company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst 1 to maintain the integrity of a centralized content and campaign planning dataset used by senior leaders across marketing, publicity, and programming to support scheduling, campaign, and resourcing decisions.

Senior Data Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

• Attend stakeholder meetings, capture decisions, data points, action items, and open questions, and confirm information directly with accountable business leaders before entering it into the platform.
• Enter and maintain records accurately within established turnaround expectations, handle in-the-moment stakeholder requests, and triage information that can be entered directly versus information requiring confirmation.
• Handle confidential and pre-release information with discretion, including embargoed titles, unannounced projects, and internal timelines.
• Identify and escalate data conflicts, stale records, and process friction, maintain a running observations log and bring recommendations on data health and cross-team patterns.
• Come prepared to weekly alignment with the state of the work and provide direct feedback on the workflow to inform ongoing process design as the platform and processes continue to evolve.

Senior Data Operations Analyst Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, internal research, business operations, or reporting role.
• Entertainment or media industry background, including content slates, production and release timelines, and title-level data.
• Demonstrated strength turning unstructured input from meetings, conversations, and documents into structured, reliable data.
• Proven track record handling confidential or pre-release information in a professional setting.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working directly with senior leaders, managing competing inputs, and maintaining data accuracy.
• Comfort with low-code/no-code tooling and relational data concepts, including tables, linked records, formulas, and views.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Ability to converse effectively with senior-level staff, run meetings, and present data.
• Marketing data experience, including campaign planning, media, or creative operations, is preferred.
• Airtable experience, including formulas, views, and interfaces, is preferred.

Shift:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
