Duties & Responsibilities: Keeps new and used vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Detail Supervisor and in accordance with dealership display standards. Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows, etc. As needed. Manage the cycle time of a vehicle from acquisition / arrival to completion. Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management. Always maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition. Keeps work area neat and clean. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection. Review current priorities with managers Reports any safety issues immediately to management. Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all departments. Maintain awareness of safety and follow workplace safety requirements. Job Qualifications: Ability to speak and listen effectively one on one. Basic computer skills. Good organizational skills. Valid driver’s license. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED Equivalent. Automotive detail experience 1-2 years. Buffing specialization is a plus.
