Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Electrical Foreman located in Raleigh, NC. The Electrical Foreman will oversee and manage job sites, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating team members, reviewing project plans and specifications, maintaining project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and communicating with project stakeholders. Additional duties include maintaining tools and equipment, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring all work is completed to meet company and client expectations. Qualifications Expertise in Electrical Installation, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance Experience in Team Leadership and Staff Supervision Knowledge of Safety and Compliance Standards in Electrical Work Project Coordination and Scheduling Skills Strong Communication and Problem‑Solving Abilities Proficiency in Reading and Interpreting Electrical Blueprints and Schematics Ability to operate and maintain electrical tools and equipment Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial electrical contracting OSHA 30 Certification High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Box Electric Company Inc
