Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice. If holding a compact license, transfer it to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification with hands‑on component. Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary. TB skin test current within last 12 months. Not accepting new graduate nurses. Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience required. Must have reliable transportation.
