Requirements Must have strong leadership and communication skills Must have excellent customer service skills Must be able to read, count, and write accurately Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards Must be able to assign and delegate tasks High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prolonged periods standing and working on the cash register or related equipment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times Must work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment Must participate in physical activities such as lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping Eligibility for this role requires a clean driving record with no major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3–5 years and a current non‑suspended, non‑expired Driver’s License Responsibilities Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members Assist with coordinating day‑to‑day workflow of Team Members and providing direction Assist the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy Monitor the store’s level of performance, identify and facilitate opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies Enforce proper use of sales pitches with the Team Maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers Perform other duties as assigned Plan and organize car wash operations to maximize car volume and build customer loyalty through a best‑in‑class guest experience Analyze daily reporting and trends to make strategic business decisions in partnership with the Store Leader Motivate and inspire the team through Quick Quack Car Wash’s core values (Smart, Kind & Driven) Communicate company standards clearly and monitor outcomes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures Delegate and empower Team Members by providing clear expectations and holding them accountable to customer service standards Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs and develop them for future growth Provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, one‑on‑ones, and individual development plans Use data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and make rapid, well‑informed decisions to improve results Physical Demands Work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. Constant motion and participation in physical activities including lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.
