Shift: Varied Hours: Days/Evenings Job Summary Greets all patients and visitors entering and exiting the facility. Guides patients to the appropriate patient care areas. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Must be personable and friendly at all times. Ability to work as a team member and assist other coworkers. Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations. Excellent professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Ability to identify and solve problems.Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to respect the need for confidentiality in all duties performed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical office, reception, or customer service preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
