We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in California. This position focuses on providing comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on prevention, health promotion, and disease management. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; analyze results to diagnose conditions.
• Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized care to manage or prevent illness and injury.
• Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting.
• Explain procedures, discuss test results, and detail prescribed treatments with patients.
• Document patient findings, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in the electronic medical record.
• Oversee and direct professional and ancillary staff in patient care.
• Stay informed about current medical practices and advancements.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information.

Education & Certifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• California State licensure.
• Current DEA licensure.
• BLS Certification.

Experience:

• 3 years preferred, though new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
