Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Helper to support a Class A commercial office building in West Palm Beach. This role is critical in ensuring the property remains clean, well-maintained, and operating at the highest standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily general maintenance of the building.
• Perform painting and touch-up work throughout the property.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, entrances, and exterior common areas.
• Complete basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment inside and out.
• Identify and report maintenance needs to ensure issues are handled proactively.
• Work as part of a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in general maintenance required.
• Experience with painting and pressure washing required.
• Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining high-quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, walking, standing).
• Must be able to read and write English.
