Patriot Pools & Spas is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman / Lead Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in building luxury outdoor living spaces, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and can lead by example.

This is a working foreman position—not someone who simply supervises. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in hardscape construction, works alongside the crew every day, and is committed to delivering exceptional quality on every project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hardscape crews on residential projects.

• Read and interpret construction plans and layout designs.

• Install premium travertine decking , pavers, coping, and natural stone.

• Build retaining walls using block, natural stone, and engineered wall systems.

• Install veneer stone, stacked stone, split-face stone, and decorative masonry finishes.

• Construct outdoor living features including seating walls, fire features, planters, steps, and outdoor kitchens.

• Ensure proper grading, drainage, and base preparation.

• Operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, compactors, saws, and masonry tools.

• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining high production standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule.

• Perform quality inspections throughout each phase of construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional hardscape installation experience.

• Proven experience leading crews on residential hardscape projects.

• Extensive knowledge of:

  • Travertine installation

  • Retaining wall construction

  • Veneer stone

  • Stacked stone

  • Natural stone masonry

  • Concrete and paver installation

• Ability to read construction drawings and layout projects accurately.

• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and proper base installation.

• Experience operating construction equipment.

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors year-round.

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for producing high-end work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working around custom swimming pools.

• CDL is a plus.

• Experience with outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and luxury backyard construction.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
