Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize potential strategic partners (manufacturers, provider groups, equipment dealers, lenders) and develop targeted outreach plans.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities; qualify, nurture, and convert prospects into active relationships.
- Create and deliver tailored partner value propositions, presentations, and proposals positioning Covered Care as the financing partner of choice.
- Lead negotiations for partnership and referral agreements with coordination from Legal and Finance.
- Manage partner onboarding and ongoing account management to ensure excellent partner experience and measurable revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Credit, Sales, and Marketing to structure competitive financing programs and co-marketing initiatives.
- Track and report KPIs (pipeline value, conversion rates, partner-sourced originations, partner retention, etc.) and provide regular updates to the President.
- Represent Covered Care at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings; travel as needed (estimated 20–40%).
- 7+ years of B2B marketing, business development, or corporate development experience in healthcare finance, medical device/equipment, healthcare services, or related industries.
- Proven success building and managing partnerships with manufacturers, provider groups, or institutional lenders.
- Strong commercial acumen; experience structuring partnership/referral agreements.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Track record of generating pipeline and meeting revenue targets; data-driven and KPI-oriented.
- Comfortable in a fast-growing company and cross-functional collaboration.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Existing network or relationships in medical device manufacturing, provider groups, or healthcare financing a strong plus.
- Compensation Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 with bonus potential.
- Competitive salary with incentive/bonus tied to partnership performance.
