Branch Operations Manager Location: Tupelo, Mississippi A Branch Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a branch, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role includes managing staff, implementing operational policies, and achieving performance goals while monitoring metrics, identifying improvement areas, and contributing to overall success. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch execution and operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery and a safe workplace. Prepare composite reports from subordinates and translate district-level goals into daily priorities. Supervise technician teams, handle local issue resolution, and lead daily huddles to surface field-level issues. Manage branch staff: hiring, training, performance evaluations, salary recommendations, and disciplinary actions. Conduct new‑hire and ongoing training in customer service, technical skills, and safety policies. Serve as the branch face for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and effective issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor licensing of production staff. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and optimize performance. Foster a positive branch culture, employee engagement, and a focus on team success. Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and profitability. Minimum 2 years of supervisory management experience. Valid permanent driver’s license, 21+ years of age, and physically located in the United States. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality using systems and tools. Maintain customer focus: resolve issues, build relationships, and drive retention.
