This role offers a dynamic environment where you can collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care to cardiac patients. You will provide case management support and will help with patient education. In addition, you will use your clinical expertise to address triage and medical decisions.This is a great practice with Providers and APPs and you will work with a great team of nurses!
