Job Description VitalCore Health Strategies (VCHS), an industry leader in Correctional Health Care, is hiring a Master’s level Behavioral Health Professional / LPC, LSW (or equivalent) at Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio for a full‑time position. Minimum Requirements Licensed, Master’s Level Behavioral Health Clinician who can administer assessments, make clinical decisions, provide Mental Health treatment, and hold a LSW, LPC, or equivalent license. Essential Functions Perform risk assessment of inmates; coordinate care with interdisciplinary team including medical staff, community providers, psychiatric hospitals and corrections; and discharge planning. Assist inmates in planning and implementing treatment goals for the duration of their stay. Assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects. Prepare necessary documentation, records and reports. This fast‑paced work environment utilizes clinical skills such as prioritizing treatment needs, crisis management, brief interventions including CBT and Motivational Interviewing. Excellent and timely documentation skills are required. The ideal candidate can make independent clinical decisions, while utilizing assistance and supervisory intervention as needed. Schedule Full‑Time Monday – Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Weekend Rotation Every Third Weekend Holidays Off Required Education, Certifications, Registrations and Experience Graduation from a Master’s level program. Minimum of one year employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent. Successful background investigation report.
