Join Us We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Evening IOP SUD Track Therapist to join our dedicated team. This position is ideal for a therapist who is enthusiastic about working with individuals in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and has a strong background in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Supportive and collaborative work environment Requirements Must have at least an LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor) Required: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC in addition to an LCADC Experience working with individuals in substance use disorder treatment Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Provide group and individual therapy to clients enrolled in the evening Intensive Outpatient Program Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Support clients in their recovery journey using evidence-based practices Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision Schedule Monday, Thursday 1pm - 9pm - Friday 7am-3pm #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffosaurus
