Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess the unique needs of each patient and design tailored therapeutic strategies to help them reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, synergistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that support ongoing progress outside clinical settings.
• Monitor Progress and Outcomes: Document clinical findings and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure that all patients are on the right path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT certification is a must.
