Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health

• Provide direct patient care in a home setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care

Requirements of the RN - Home Health

• Current RN license in New York
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in home health care
