Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health

• Provide direct patient care in home settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess patients' health status and plan appropriate care
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Document patient care and progress accurately

Requirements of the RN - Home Health

• Current NY RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health
