Production Lead

Salary Range: $23.00 To $27.00 Hourly

Job PurposeOversee assigned production line(s) in the manufacturing and packaging of product. Lead line workers to maximize productivity and quality, acting as a liaison between the production supervisors and production staff.Essential FunctionsDirect and assign work to employees within their specific area/line as needed to reach daily production targetsEnsure all required documentation is present and completedMonitor equipment and notify Production Shift Supervisor and Maintenance of any equipment issues or problems impacting productionTrain and coach new and existing employeesMaintain safe working conditionsAssist with supervisory duties as neededSupport food safety program, quality standards, and legality of products manufactured in the facilityPerform other job-related duties as assignedQualifications(Education/Experience) High School diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment and/or food industryProduction and packaging equipment and process experienceDemonstrated leadership skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentSelf-directed and capable of working without close supervision

Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Monday-Friday

1st shift 5am-3:30pm

2nd shift 3:30pm-2:00am
