We’re seeking a compassionate Associate Dentist to join Arthur Center Community Health and provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in an integrated healthcare environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist interested in serving a diverse community, with a primary focus on pediatric dentistry. You’ll collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers to support coordinated care while building positive dental experiences for patients and families.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive services
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide pediatric dental care and create positive experiences for younger patients
• Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and dental providers to support coordinated care
• Address behavioral considerations that may accompany pediatric dental visits
• Participate in community oral health initiatives

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active Missouri Dental License
• Pediatric dentistry experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered approach to care
• Interest in serving underserved communities
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate dental care
