Hybrid Business Analyst - ALM, Milestone & Client-Facing

Qualifications High quality Client or Analysts that can learn quickly (Should still meet the requirement of having 3 to 4yrs + years' experience in IT) Milestone is the primary app, RL6 experience/knowledge preferred Must have Application Lifecycle Management experience Must Have Client/ Customer facing skills Hybrid role with requirement to go onsite for support, upgrades, testing (frequency varies) Strong critical thinking and analysis skills Business acumen. Understand operational workflows supported by applications Good communication/collaboration/ team skills Experience learning new applications and adapt quickly when given new assignments Experience with applications for risk/feedback reporting, security camera systems, infant/patient elopement, application lifecycle management Initial applications: RL6, Milestone, RFT – Baby Safe Place, ALM #J-18808-Ljbffr
