Digital Business Systems Analyst

Digital Business Systems Analyst – Onsite in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role is part of the Digital Business Office Team and focuses on business systems analysis and support of company-wide digital programs. The analyst implements new digital experiences and identifies opportunities to improve current business applications. Major Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and shape the output of customers, consumers, and internal experiences to deliver expected business benefits. Implement new digital business applications for customer and employee experiences. Review, analyze, evaluate, and document requirements of business users. Map business process flows and ensure agile stories are written. Ensure proper QA testing is documented and completed timely. Coordinate and lead UAT testing and manage issues. Continuously improve processes and system functionality, reviewing both process and system functionality. Propose modifications and enhancements to improve functionality or address issues. Investigate problems and data discrepancies, diagnose root causes, identify trends, and resolve them. Identify, evaluate, and document risks. Ensure applications comply with relevant standards and regulations. Assist with training and hyper-care support as needed. Minimum Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience. Work Experience: Collaborated with business stakeholders, product owners, and external consultants to recommend solutions. Prior experience with digital software implementations. Experience gathering requirements and enforcing best practices. Prior experience coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and QA testing. Ability to map business process flows and journey maps. Ability to analyze and organize data to resolve problems and identify risks and/or improvements. Prior experience with integrations to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, and NetSuite. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage professionally with a diverse group. Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to act as liaison between development team and business stakeholders. Ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions. Understanding of business and end-user perspective to apply in solution proposals. Utilization of IT best practices and tools related to application support, implementation, and documentation. Preferred Job Requirements Business Analyst certificate or similar certification. Experience writing stories in an agile tool such as Jira or DevOps. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and customer portal applications. Experience developing and delivering training material.Experience with large data and integration projects. Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration tools. Knowledge of CDP – Customer Data Platform. Ability to read and provide insights from journey maps. Physical Demands The employee regularly requires ability to talk, hear, and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee regularly stands and walks; may stoop, bend, or reach above shoulders. The employee may lift up to 25 pounds. The role requires frequent computer-based work with periods of sitting, close vision, and periodic focus adjustments. Occasional travel.
