Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Registered Nurse - Endoscopy Location Naperville, IL Employment Type Full time Hours M-F 6a to 5:30p (flexible start times) What you will do Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients? condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients? progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. What you will need Education: Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date) License/Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within ninety days of start date into position Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within ninety days of start date into position Experience: Previous Endoscopy experience preferred Benefits Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
