TikTok Shop - Account Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TikTok Shop Account Manager role based in Beverly Hills, CA. The TikTok Shop Account Manager oversees day-to-day operations and performance for assigned brand accounts, managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to drive sales. This role coordinates closely with internal teams to plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, including live streams, affiliate strategies, UGC and skit content, and paid advertising initiatives. The Account Manager regularly analyzes sales, traffic, and conversion data, prepares performance reports, and provides strategic recommendations to optimize growth for each client. Daily responsibilities also include client communication, issue resolution with platform partners, and staying current on TikTok commerce trends and best practices. Qualifications Experience with marketplace or e-commerce account management, preferably on TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms. Skills in campaign planning, performance analysis, and reporting using relevant analytics tools and dashboards. Ability to collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams on live streaming, UGC, skits, and promotional initiatives. Strong communication and relationship management skills for working with clients, creators, and internal stakeholders. Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with affiliate programs, paid advertising, and marketplace merchandising strategies is highly beneficial. Comfort working on-site in Beverly Hills, CA, with a commitment to cross-functional teamwork and continuous learning.
