Director of Rehabilitation (RPT) Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking a passionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. What You'll Do Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post-acute setting. Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness. What You'll Need Active RPT license in the state of California. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate ($55.00 to $63.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the industry. Paid Time Off (PTO) – 15 Days to start. Accrue up to 30 days of PTO!
