ABOUT OUR AGENCY: At Erica Rasti State Farm, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service, focusing on getting to know customers - new and old, to help them find solutions to their insurance and financial services needs. We know insurance isn't easy to understand and we focus our conversations on listening and educating to allow the best decisions to be made. Our team is local to the Baton Rouge area and we understand the risks that affect our Louisiana customers.

New full-time employees will earn a signing bonus, have healthcare options and accrue paid time off.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Erica Rasti - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year


My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Greenwell Springs, LA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
