ABOUT OUR AGENCY: At Erica Rasti State Farm, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service, focusing on getting to know customers - new and old, to help them find solutions to their insurance and financial services needs. We know insurance isn't easy to understand and we focus our conversations on listening and educating to allow the best decisions to be made. Our team is local to the Baton Rouge area and we understand the risks that affect our Louisiana customers.

Being a part of the Erica Rasti State Farm team means being part of a team of Good Neighbors. Along with being able to do good for others, you'll have the opportunity to do well for yourself through our base plus commission structure. New full-time employees will earn a signing bonus, have healthcare options and accrue paid time off.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Erica Rasti - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you'll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You'll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency's success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. High performers can anticipate opportunities for advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year


My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Greenwell Springs, LA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
