Benefits: 401(k) Competitive salary Flexible schedule Job Description: Provide direct behavior‑analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic‑based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians Providing and facilitating family support and training Supervises RBT and BTs Case review Documentation of supervision sessions Conducts FBAs and creates BIPs License/Certification: Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board‑certified behavior analyst in good standing Hours Full‑time: 35-40/week Compensation $80.00 - $80.00 per hour Mission Statement To provide educational and behavioral services that will enhance all diverse learners in order to promote self‑efficient lifelong learners.
