What You’ll Do Master the Cycle: Navigate the full lifecycle of an order—from load building to tendering—using our advanced TMS to its peak potential. Strategic Sourcing: Establish power-house relationships with carriers,negotiatingratesandselectingthe best modes of transport to ensure cost-effective delivery. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Act as a proactive analyst toidentifyperformance trends, resolve shipment errors, and stop service failures before they happen. Act as an Advisor: Trainnew userson our systems and document standard operating procedures that set the gold standard for operational excellence. Collaborative Resolution: Serve as the critical link between shippers, receivers, and carriers to resolve complex logistical challenges with professional poise. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics (ABachelor’s degree in Supply Chainor a related field may be considered in lieu of experience). Intermediateproficiencywith Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. 3+ years of deep experience in thelogisticsindustry. Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with BI and Tableau reporting to turn data into actionable insights. Advancedproficiencywith Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
