Precise Systems is seeking a Senior Logistician to support Fire Control System efforts for the AUKUS program. This role will contribute to training, installation, logistics, and sustainment activities in support of Navy technical baselines. Develop, update, and maintain Navy TEMPALT training products, including slide decks, student guides, job aids, and checklists, ensuring alignment with current technical baselines and program procedures.

Review training materials for technical accuracy and completeness; Create and maintain installation and installation checkout documentation, including prerequisites, required tools and test equipment, safety notes, hold points, detailed procedures, and acceptance/verification criteria.

Validate installation and checkout documentation through peer reviews, walk-throughs, dry runs, and lessons learned, implementing improvements to minimize rework and execution risk.

Develop, review, and update Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and sustainment artifacts, such as provisioning and spares recommendations, support equipment lists, maintenance planning inputs, and operator/maintainer guidance, ensuring alignment with configuration baselines.

Conduct detailed technical reviews of TEMPALT Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; Coordinate with the Platform/Program Safety Function (PFS) to plan and execute safety assessments, support hazard identification and risk evaluation, document mitigations, and ensure traceability from hazards to controls.

Prepare technical, schedule, risk, and status briefings for internal leadership and external stakeholders; Interface with UK representatives and NUWC leads and SMEs to coordinate requirements, interfaces, documentation, and installation approaches; 7+ years of experience in program support, logistics, or systems engineering, preferably within a DoD or Navy acquisition environment.

• Experience using tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Planner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field preferred.

Experience supporting Navy Configuration Management, Test and Evaluation (T&E), or ILS functions.

Familiarity with Agile development processes and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

Experience developing or maintaining Navy Technical Data Packages or logistics products.

Working knowledge of Navy milestone events, configuration control processes, and technical documentation standards.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
