Adecco is assisting a local client in filling an Office Support Assistant position in Hopkinsville, KY. Must have exceptional organizational skills, and work within a Team environment.

Pay rate: $13.00 hourly. Weekly Pay!!

Hours: 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities / Required Skills:

• Collects, compiles, and accurately enters data into EMR system and maintains confidentiality

• Answers inquiries and provide detailed information regarding the admission and legal process to potential clients, caretakers, and QMHPs in person or via telephone

• Must possess strong verbal skills to communicate with law enforcement, nurses, physicians, and patients

• Must possess the ability to use computer, printer, and scanner

• Be a self-starter and work in a team environment

• Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Must be prompt and professional

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
