Business Analyst
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories).
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis and SQL.
- Experience with any BA tools (JIRA, Visio, Power BI).
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or Java.
- Experience in the pharma domain.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment across SDLC phases including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work with architects and developers to define system workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.
- Support testing and validation by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and ensuring requirements traceability.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and manage requirement prioritization.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvements, automation, and optimization.
